By buying products from Our Little Slice of Earth, LLC you are agreeing that Our Little Slice of Earth, LLC is NOT LIABLE for possible damage done to property, possible injury, or death. A candle is an open flame and all warnings placed on the jar should be heeded. The flame should be kept away from pets, small children, and drafts. The candle should be placed on a stable, fire-resistant surface. The candle should not be moved while the wax is melted as the vessel could be hot. Candles should not be burned for more than 4 hours and use should be discontinued once 1/2" of wax is left. Candles should always be burned within your line of sight. The wick should always be trimmed to 1/4" prior to EVERY use.
If you would like to reuse use your vessel (and we hope you do!) you can place it in the freezer for a few hours and should be able to pop it out with a spoon. Please place the wax in the trash can and NOT down the sink as the wax is not good for pipes!

SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from our Maryland location within 2-4 days. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves us. Due to Covid-19, we can not guarantee USPS won't experience delays. Please be sure to order 1-2 weeks in advance. Please don't hestitate to reach out if you experience any delays over 2 weeks.
Currently, we are only shipping to the contiguous United States. We hope to expand soon!
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof is submitted to us and ourlittlesliceofearth@gmail.com within 3 days of arrival. If you decide you would like to return your unused, non-damaged, in its original condition candle please email us within 14 days of receipt. We can refund or exchange, however, please note in this instance the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and will require a proof of purchase. Please contact us for shipping details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you it was received and we will automatically refund/exchange the product.
We can not accept exchanges or returns on any products that have been customized or personalized, gift cards or limited edition products.
